''Back from the Dead'' is a black and white 1957 American horror film produced by Robert Stabler and directed by Charles Marquis Warren for Robert L. Lippert, Regal Films. The film stars Peggie Castle, Arthur Franz, Marsha Hunt (actress, born 1917), Marsha Hunt, and Don Haggerty. The narrative concerns a young woman who, under the influence of a devil cult, is possessed by the spirit of her husband's first wife, who had died six years earlier. The screenplay was written by Catherine Turney from her novel ''The Other One.'' The film was released theatrically on August 12, 1957, by 20th Century Fox on a double bill with ''The Unknown Terror'' (also 1957). Chris Petit (born 17 June 1949) is an English novelist and filmmaker. During the 1970s he was Film Editor for ''Time Out (company), Time Out'' and wrote in ''Melody Maker''. ''Back from the Dead'' is the fifth mixtape by American hip hop recording artist Chief Keef. The mixtape was produced by Young Chop and hosted by DJ Victoriouz and DJ Moondawg. It was released on March 14, 2012 on iTunes.
