Atlántica (radio Station)
''Atlántica'' (full name: ''Atlántica. Revista de Arte y Pensamiento'' (English: Atlántica. Journal of Art and Thought)) is a contemporary art and culture magazine produced by the Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno (CAAM) based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in between Europe, the Americas, and Africa. History ''Atlántica'' published its first issue in October 1990, in Spanish. With a change in management in 1992, it became a bilingual (Spanish-English) magazine with images as a fundamental component. Another editorial change happened in issue 40 (2004). Canary Islands
The Canary Islands (; ) or Canaries are an archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean and the southernmost Autonomous communities of Spain, Autonomous Community of Spain. Elvira Dyangani Ose
Elvira Dyangani Ose (born 1974) is a Spanish art curator who has been serving as the director of MACBA Contemporary Art Museum in Barcelona. Dyangani's family comes from Equatorial Guinea, and she was born and raised in Spain. From 2018 to 2021, she was the director and chief curator at The Showroom gallery, London. Early life and education Dyangani Ose obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. While she was studying in Barcelona, her professor encouraged her to exhibit; during the 1990s, she began creating pop-up exhibitions with her fellow students. Achille Bonito Oliva (born 1939) is an Italian art critic and historian of contemporary art. Since 1968 he has taught history of contemporary art at La Sapienza, the university of Rome. He has written extensively on contemporary art and contemporary artists. Hou Hanru ( zh, s=侯瀚如, t=侯瀚如, p=Hóu Hànrú; born 1963) is a Chinese-born art curator and art critic. He is based in San Francisco, Paris and Rome.
