Alexander Stadium is an athletics stadium in Perry Barr, Birmingham, United Kingdom. It is the largest athletics stadium in the United Kingdom. The stadium has four stands with a total seated capacity of 18,000. The stadium site has four buildings which include the Gymnastics and Martial Arts Centre (GMAC), High Performance Centre, East Stand and newly built West Stand. Josh Boateng (born 28 March 1997) is a Grenadian shot put and discus thrower. He is the Grenadian national record holder in both events and the national junior record holder in the discus. Apostolos Parellis (,born July 24, 1985) is a Cypriot track and field athlete specializing in discus throw. He is the current Cypriot national record holder with since October 2019. Connor Bell (born 21 June 2001) is a New Zealand field athlete. He represented his country at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, and is a four-time national champion in the discus throw. Nicholas Percy (born 5 December 1994) is a Scottish athlete specialising in the discus throw. He has competed at multiple major Championships, including the 2024 Olympic Games.
