Astoria is a station of the M2 (East-West) line of the Budapest Metro, under the eponymous square, Astoria. The station was renovated from 2003 to 2004. It was opened on 2 April 1970 as part of the inaugural section of Line M2, between Deák Ferenc tér and Örs vezér tere. The Astoria Boulevard station (also known as Astoria Boulevard–Hoyt Avenue station) is an express metro station, station on the BMT Astoria Line of the New York City Subway. Located on 31st Street between Astoria Boulevard and the Grand Central Parkway (Interstate 278) in Astoria, Queens, the station is served by the N (New York City Subway service), N train at all times, as well as by the W (New York City Subway service), W train on weekdays. This station opened in 1917 along with the rest of the Astoria Line as part of the Dual Contracts between New York City and the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Company (BRT). Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard Station
The Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard station (originally the Ditmars Avenue station; also Ditmars Boulevard station), is the northern terminal station on the BMT Astoria Line of the New York City Subway. Located above 31st Street between 23rd Avenue and Ditmars Boulevard in Astoria, Queens, it is served by the N (New York City Subway service), N train at all times and the W (New York City Subway service), W train on weekdays. The Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard station opened on February 1, 1917, as part of the initial segment of the IRT Astoria Line. In 2018 and 2019, this station was renovated along with six others on the Astoria Line. This station has two tracks and an island platform. Coast Guard Air Station Astoria was established on August 14, 1964, at Astoria Regional Airport in Warrenton, Oregon, United States. The unit houses 85 active duty, three reserve duty and three civilian personnel. The unit operates three Sikorsky MH-60 Jayhawk helicopters. The unit's functions include search and rescue, law enforcement, aids to navigational support, and environmental protection.
