The ''Book of Common Prayer'' (BCP) is the title given to a number of related prayer books used in the Anglican Communion and by other Christianity, Christian churches historically related to Anglicanism. The Book of Common Prayer (1549), first prayer book, published in 1549 in the reign of King Edward VI of England, was a product of the English Reformation following the break with Catholic Church, Rome. Apoptygma Berzerk (; commonly abbreviated to APB or APOP) is a Norwegian band that produces a style of electro rock, industrial rock, synth-pop and ballads backed with electronic rhythms, commonly known within the scene as "futurepop". Apoptygma Berzerk has won awards and top 10 spots in Germany and Scandinavia. ''Somewhere Far Beyond'' is the fourth studio album by the German power metal band Blind Guardian. It was released in 1992 and produced by Kalle Trapp. The cover artwork was created by Andreas Marschall, who also drew the artwork for other Blind Guardian's releases ('' Tales from the Twilight World'', ''Nightfall in Middle-Earth'', etc.). The album saw the band creating its own original sound, while still employing most of their speed/power metal techniques. ''Asche zu Asche'' (; "Ashes to Ashes") is a song by German metal band Rammstein. It was released in January 2001, as the fourth single from their album ''Herzeleid''. The single is also included as a bonus disc in the re-released "Australian Tour Edition" of ''Sehnsucht''. This release contains the 1995 album version of the song, as well as five live tracks taken from ''Live aus Berlin''. It was released exclusively in Australia, as a promotion for the Big Day Out festival (2001), for which Rammstein were a headlining act. Joseph Leslie Sample (February 1, 1939 – September 12, 2014) was an American jazz keyboardist and composer. He was one of the founding members of The Jazz Crusaders in 1960, whose name was shortened to "The Crusaders" in 1971.
