Arturo De La Rosa Escalante
Arturo de la Rosa Escalante (born 4 May 1971) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. He currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Baja California Sur. He subsequently served as municipal president of Los Cabos. He is the son of Jerónimo de la Rosa Gómez. The 2nd federal electoral district of Baja California Sur () is one of the 300 electoral districts into which Mexico is divided for elections to the federal Chamber of Deputies and one of two such districts in the state of Baja California Sur.
