Aarani, officially spelled as Arni, and also known as Periya Aarani, is a major commercial, industrial and cultural hub and also a divisional headquarter in the Tiruvanamalai district, Thiruvanamalai district of Tamil Nadu, India. Sacubitril/valsartan, sold under the brand name Entresto among others, is a fixed-dose combination medication for use in heart failure.
