Army Hospital Research And Referral
Army Hospital (Research And Referral), also known as Army Hospital (R&R), AH (R&R) and RR Hospital, is the apex flagship medical care centre for the Indian Armed Forces. Completed in the mid 1990s, the hospital, which includes a teaching hospital and nursing college, is located in Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi. It is the only Armed Forces Medical Services hospital to be commanded by a Lieutenant general (India), Lieutenant General rank officer and provides for 27 sub-specialties. The hospital is also meant to cater to the President of India and the chiefs of the military. About The construction of the hospital was undertaken by the Military Engineer Services (India), Military Engineer Services and private contractors. The Indian Military Nursing Services (MNS) is a part of the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) of the Indian Army, originally formed under British rule in 1888. 2016 Uri Attack

The Siachen Glacier is a glacier located in the eastern Karakoram range of the Himalayas, just northeast of the point NJ9842 where the Line of Control between India and Pakistan ends in northeastern Kashmir. Colonel Narendra Kumar, PVSM, KC, AVSM, FRGS (8 December 1933 – 31 December 2020) was an Indian soldier and mountaineer. He is known for his expeditions across various mountain ranges such as the Himalayas and Karakorams, and respective subranges such as the Pir Panjals and Saltoro Mountains.
