Konitsa
Konitsa (, see also Konitsa#Name, names in other languages) is a town of Ioannina (regional unit), Ioannina in Epirus (region), Epirus, Greece. It is located north of the capital Ioannina and near the Albanian Border crossings of Albania, border. Konitsa lies northeast of a group of villages known as the Zagorochoria. The town was built amphitheatrically-shaped on a mountain slope of the Pindos mountain range from where it overlooks the valley where the river Aoos meets the river Voidomatis. Konitsa acts as a regional hub for several small villages of Pindos, and features many shops, schools and a general hospital. Primary aspects of the economy are agriculture and tourism; it is a popular starting point for tourists and hikers who want to explore the Pindos mountains, or who want to go rafting in the river Aoos or parapenting. Armata Corsa (literally "Corsican Army") was an underground separatist terrorist organization in Corsica, founded in 1999 and disbanded around 2001. History Armata Corsa was founded in 1999. Its suspected leaders, François Santoni and Jean-Michel Rossi, allegedly resigned from another organization National Liberation Front of Corsica (FLNC) the previous year to form their own group. The organization claims that it acts against links between nationalistic and criminal organizations in Corsica. It denounces mafia-style activities of groups like FLNC and regards itself as the only one serving a pure nationalist cause. Its stated goals include destruction of Corsican organized crime and the nationalist groups involved with it; transfer of Corsican terrorists currently incarcerated in French prisons to Corsica; and Corsican independence. The "Armata" Universal Combat Platform () is a Russian advanced Tank classification#Tank generations, next generation modular Armoured fighting vehicle, heavy military tracked vehicle platform. T-14 Armata
The T-14 Armata (; industrial designation ) is a Russian fourth-generation main battle tank (MBT) based on the Armata Universal Combat Platform. The Russian Army initially planned to acquire 2,300 T-14s between 2015 and 2020. By 2018, production and fiscal shortfalls delayed this to 2025, before Russia announced the apparent cancellation of the main production run on 30 July 2018. However, , the Russian state-owned TASS media agency claimed the Armata had been expected to begin serial production in 2022, with delivery of a test batch of 100 to the 2nd Guards Tamanskaya Motor Rifle Division expected to begin in 2022. Ludmila Armata (; born 1954) is a Polish-born Canadian painter, printmaker, and educator. She lives and works in Quebec. Biography Ludmila Armata was born in Zabrze, Poland. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (now Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts) between 1973–1978 and received a degree in graphics and lithography. She emigrated to Canada in 1981. Armata is a member of the Conseil de la Peinture du Quebec, and the Conseil de l'Estampe du Quebec.
