National Sports Complex, Malaysia
The KL Sports City (formerly known as ''Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex''; Kompleks Sukan Negara in Malay) in Malaysia is the largest sports complex in the country. It is located in Bukit Jalil, 20 km south of Kuala Lumpur. Described as the "sports complex in a park", it was the only one of its kind in the country or region when it was fully developed. It was officially inaugurated by the then-Prime Minister of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad on 11 July 1998 ahead of the 1998 Commonwealth Games in which it staged the Games' opening ceremony. The complex was upgraded to KL Sports City in 2017 for the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. Access The complex is accessible via Shah Alam Expressway, Puchong–Sungai Besi Highway, Maju Expressway and Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Expressway. It is also served by the Bukit Jalil LRT station. Haziq Kamaruddin
Haziq Kamaruddin (4 July 1993 – 14 May 2021) was a Malaysian sport archer. Personal life Haziq was born in Johor Bahru, Johor. A son of Kamaruddin Yusof, he studied at the University of Malaya. He married Shahira Abdul Halim and the couple has no children until his death. Sport career Haziq was a Malaysia's recurve men’s team archer and two-time Olympian who had competed the archery event in the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. He also participated in World Archery Championships for four times from 2011 to 2017. Haziq also won gold medals at the 2011 Asian Archery Championships in Tehran, as well as the gold medal at the 2011 Asian Grand Prix in Laos and the bronze at the 2019 Asia Cup in the Philippines. Riau Ega Agatha Salsabilla (born 25 November 1991) is an Indonesian recurve archer. He represented Indonesia at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics. Mark Pinili Javier (born October 20, 1981) is a professional archery, archer from the Philippines. He competed in Archery at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar but was defeated by the Korean Im Dong Hyun 113-104 in the 1/16 Elimination Round. During the 2006 Asian Games he landed 9th place in the individual category. An alumnus of Silliman University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree, Mark Javier was also a member of the Silliman University Dumaguete Archery Club (SUDAC) and the National Archery Association of the Philippines (NAAP). Luis Gabriel Magdayao Moreno (born 28 May 1998) is a Filipino archer later actor who competed for the Philippines at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. She competed in the individual recurve event and the team recurve event at the 2015 World Archery Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark. Khairul Anuar bin Mohamad (born 22 September 1991) is a Malaysian professional archer.
