Anthony Eugene Anderson (born September 27, 1956) is a former professional American football running back. He played for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he won a Super Bowl ring in Super Bowl XIV against the Los Angeles Rams, and also played with the Atlanta Falcons. Anderson played for the Philadelphia Stars of the United States Football League (USFL) in the 1983 season. Playing career Anderson attended Thomas McKean High School where he was a two-time All-Stater. In 1994, Anderson was inducted into the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame and was also inducted into Temple University Hall of Fame. Anthony D. Anderson (born in Washington, D.C.) is an American operatic baritone singer. Early life Anderson is the youngest of seven children; his father was killed in a drive-by shooting when he was 3 years old. Since then he lived with his mother, Charlene Anderson, and his other siblings. He attended the DC Prep charter school. Here he was also introduced to the City Kids Wilderness Project. He graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts where he found his desire of singing and devoted himself towards opera. Over the years he learned skills in areas such as language in Italian and found he had a natural affinity towards German. He was employed at Chipotle but couldn't hold on to the position. Anthony Nathaniel Anderson (born November 12, 1981), also known by his initials as Double A, is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Moncton Magic of the National Basketball League of Canada (NBL). Standing 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m), he plays the point guard position. Anderson has played in the NBL Canada with the Riptide and Mill Rats for nearly six seasons. Anthony Anderson is a convicted British murderer. He is most notable for successfully challenging the Home Secretary's powers to set minimum terms for life sentence prisoners. On 25 November 2002, the Law Lords ruled in favour of Anderson's claim that it was incompatible with human rights for politicians to set minimum terms for life sentence prisoners, and the next day the European Court of Human Rights agreed with this decision, meaning that politicians in European countries can no longer decide the minimum length of imprisonment for anyone serving a life sentence. British politicians had already been stripped of their powers five years earlier to set minimum terms for prisoners aged under 18 after the High Court ruled that Michael Howard had acted unlawfully by deciding that the juvenile killers of toddler James Bulger should spend at least 15 years in custody. Anthony Anderson (1767 – April 3, 1847) was a Scottish-born merchant and political figure in Lower Canada. He represented Mégantic in the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada from 1832 to 1834. He was born in Jedburgh and came to the British Province of Quebec in 1784. He established himself as a merchant and butcher at Quebec City. Anderson supplied the army and navy and also invested in real estate. In 1794, he married Margaret Jefferys. He served as quartermaster during the War of 1812. Anthony Anderson (died 10 October 1593) was an English theological writer and preacher. Biography Anderson was native of Lancashire and from 1560 to 1569 he worked for the Archdeacon of Leicester. One of the cases he was involved with is still noted. In 1569 Agnes Bowker allegedly gave birth to a cat in Leicestershire. Thomas Garfield Anderson (31 January 1942 – 1 April 2020), known as Tony Anderson, was an Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the VFL The Victorian Football League (VFL) is an Australian rules football league in Australia serving as one of the second-tier regional semi-professional competitions which sit underneath the fully professional Australian Football League (AFL). Ian Button (born 16 April 1962) is an English guitarist best known for his work in the bands Thrashing Doves (1985-1991) and Death In Vegas (1994-2011). Button was one of a core of additional musicians originally brought in by Death In Vegas founders Richard Fearless and Steve Hellier, and his contribution was significant throughout the band's first four albums and in the live band up to 2004. Antonio Andrew Anderson (born June 5, 1985) is an American former basketball player and the current head coach at Springfield Commonwealth Academy. He majored in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Memphis and played basketball for several years professionally.
