Anjo Ferdinand Sarnate (born May 28, 2000), also known as Anjo, is a Filipino singer. He is known for his participation in ''Dream Maker'', a Filipino-South Korean boy group survival reality show produced by ABS-CBN Entertainment, MLD Entertainment, and KAMP Global. Early life and education Anjo Sarnate was born in Lucena City, Quezon, Philippines on May 28, 2000. Since his younger years, he was already exposed to music that he came to love singing. He stated: "I started singing for fun but then I realized that music can do more, it creates a deep emotional bond with the singer and the audience." At 9, he started to pursue his singing career, joining the choir and various amateur singing contests. At 10, he was offered a scholarship at a local music school in Lucena City. ''Dream Maker'' (Korean: 드림메이커; RR: ''Deurimmeikeo''; MR: ''Tŭrimmeik'ŏ''; also known as ''Dream Maker: The Search for the Next Global Pop Group'') is a Filipino-South Korean boy group survival reality show produced by ABS-CBN Entertainment, MLD Entertainment and KAMP Global, hosted by Ryan Bang and Kim Chiu. Karaoke World Championships
Originating in Finland in 2003 with 7 countries, the Karaoke World Championships are an international karaoke competition, featuring approximately 30 countries worldwide. USA holds 5 gold medals in solo category. Australia, Panama, Lebanon and UK are tied for the second most solo golds, with three each. National trials are conducted in each participating country every year with the winners competing in the international finals for the title of Karaoke World Champion. In 2003-2017 KWC had separate categories for male and female contestants. The 2016 competition introduced the Duet category and in 2018 gender categories were removed.
