CBeebies
CBeebies is a British free-to-air Public service broadcasting in the United Kingdom, public broadcast children's television channel owned and operated by the BBC. It is also the brand used for all BBC content targeted for children aged six years and under. Its sister channel, CBBC, is intended for older children aged six to twelve. It broadcasts every day from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, timesharing with BBC Four. History On 20 November 2001, the CBeebies name was officially revealed as part of the split of the already-existing CBBC block and would be used as both a children's block and a digital channel. The CBeebies channel launched on 11 February 2002 alongside the CBBC, CBBC channel, as a spinoff from BBC Children's and Education, the BBC's children's television strand. Molly And Mack
''Molly and Mack'' is a British children's television series that began airing on CBeebies in 2018. It ran for five seasons. The show airs on ABC Kids in Australia. Premise The show centres around an 11-year-old girl named Molly (played by Mimi Robertson) who spends the summer helping her 19-year-old brother Mack (played by Joshua Haynes) at a toy stall in The Big Hub, a community hall in the fictional Scottish town of Bridgetown. The Furchester Hotel
''The Furchester Hotel'' is a puppet series that aired on CBeebies (the BBC's preschool network). It was the second British-American spin-off of ''Sesame Street'' that the BBC had made after '' Sesame Tree'' 6 years before. The show ran on CBeebies on 26 September 2014. The show aired in 2016 on Sprout (now Universal Kids) until 2 March 2019. Plot The Furchester Hotel is a half-star hotel in England that is owned by a monster family called the Furchester-Fuzz Family. The Furchester-Fuzz Family alongside Elmo and Cookie Monster figure out how to solve different issues that are developed by the guests of the Furchester Hotel. Characters Main * Funella (performed by Louise Gold) is a monster who is the wife of Furgus, the mother of Phoebe, and the aunt of Elmo. Dipdap is a children's programme on CBeebies, in which a drawn line creates endless challenges and surprises for the unsuspecting little character Dipdap. In 2012, it was reported that the show would not return for a second series. Background The series was created by Steve Roberts (comics), Steve Roberts and produced by Ragdoll Worldwide, the joint venture of Ragdoll Productions and BBC Worldwide.
