Amin-Ud-Din Khan
Amin ud Din Khan (; born 1 December 1960) is a Pakistani jurist who has been justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan since 22 October 2019. He served on the Lahore High Court from 12 May 2011 to 22 October 2019. Early life and education Khan was born in 1960 in Multan. He received his early education from Kinder Garten Muslim School and Government Muslim High School, Multan. He received a bachelor's degree in philosophy in 1981, an LLB from University Law College, Multan in 1984, and a diploma in tax law. In 1977, Khan represented Pakistan as a Boy Scout at the Asian Jamboree in Iran and received recognition from the President of Pakistan. Career His legal career began under his father's tutelage, gaining a license to practice in lower courts in 1985. Musarrat Hilali
Musarrat Hilali (born 8 August 1961) is a Pakistani judge. Since March 2013, she has been the only woman on the bench of the Peshawar High Court. She is the third woman to sit on the bench in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Education Hilali received the law degree from the Khyber Law College, Peshawar University. Lower Court
A lower court or inferior court is a court from which an appeal may be taken, usually referring to courts other than supreme court. In relation to an appeal from one court to another, the lower court is the court whose decision is being reviewed, which may be the original trial court or some of appellate court lower in rank than the supreme court which is hearing the appeal. In other words, lower courts are 'lower' in hierarchical chain of appellate procedure than other higher appellate courts. Usually it is obligation of a lower court to follow the decision of higher appellate court, even in civil law countries where precedents have no binding power.
