All I Really Want For Christmas
''All I Really Want for Christmas'' is the second Christmas album and thirteenth studio album by Steven Curtis Chapman, released on September 27, 2005. The album includes traditional holiday favorites such as "Go Tell It on the Mountain" and "Silver Bells", as well as some of Chapman's own Christmas songs, some of which had appeared on his previous Christmas albums. Chapman's adopted daughter, Shaohannah, appears with her father on the album cover. On the first track, she reads the passage of the Nativity of Jesus (Luke 2:7-14) with the music of "The Night Before Christmas" (track 13) in the background. Steven Curtis Chapman (born November 21, 1962) is an American contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, author, and social activist. Chapman began his career in the late 1980s as a songwriter and performer of contemporary Christian music and became the artist in Christian music with the most awards, releasing over 25 albums. He has also won five Grammy Awards and 59 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, more Dove awards than any other artist in history. Winter Wonderland
"Winter Wonderland" is a song written in 1934 by Felix Bernard and lyricist Richard Bernhard Smith. Due to its seasonal theme, it is often regarded as a Christmas song in the Northern Hemisphere. Since its original recording by Richard Himber, it has been covered by over 200 different artists. Its lyrics are about a couple's romance during winter. Robert Carl Ludwig (born December 11, 1944), is a retired American mastering engineer. He mastered recordings on all the major recording formats for all the major record labels, and on projects by more than 1,300 artists, including Led Zeppelin, Lou Reed, Metallica, Queen, Jimi Hendrix, Bryan Ferry, Paul McCartney, Nirvana, Bruce Springsteen, Tool and Daft Punk, with more than 3,000 credits. Vincent Grant Gill (born April 12, 1957) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician.
