Ali Abd Al-Rahman Al-Faqasi Al-Ghamdi
Ali Abd al-Rahman al-Faqasi al-Ghamdi (, ; born 1973) is a citizen of Saudi Arabia who has been identified as a jihadist. BBC News reported his name was "Ali Abdul Rahman al-Ghamdi", while CNN reported his name was "Ali Abd al-Rahman al-Faqasi al-Ghamdi". They report Saudi Arabia had named him on a list of most wanted Saudi terrorism suspects. There are three individuals named some variation of al Ghamdi on the Saudi most wanted list: Ali A. Al-Ghamdi, Hani S. Al-Ghamdi and Bandar A. Al-Ghamdi. Abu Mohammed Al-Masri
Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah (; 6 June 1963 – 7 August 2020) (''nom de guerre'' Abu Mohammed al-Masri) was a high-ranking Egyptian member of al-Qaeda. He has been described as al-Qaeda's most experienced operational planner and was said to be the second-in-command in the organization at the time of his death. Abdullah was one of the 22 original members of the United States FBI list of Most Wanted Terrorists. The State Department, through the Rewards for Justice Program, had offered up to US$10 million for information on his location. Riyadh Compound Bombings
Two major bombings took place in residential compounds in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 12 May 2003, 39 people were killed, and over 160 wounded (mostly Westerners) when bombs went off at three compounds in Riyadh—Dorrat Al Jadawel, Al Hamra Oasis Village, and the Vinnell Corporation Compound. The 20th hijacker is a possible additional terrorist in the September 11 attacks of 2001 who, for unknown reasons, was unable to participate. The 20th hijacker, though not present during the actual attacks, is said to have been deeply involved in the preparations. There were many variations of the 9/11 plot, with the number of terrorists fluctuating with available resources and changing circumstances. Saif Al-Adel
Mohamed Salah al-Din al-Halim Zaidan (; born 11 April 1960/1963), commonly known by his ''nom de guerre'' Saif al-Adel (), is an Egyptian Islamic militant who is the '' de facto'' leader of al-Qaeda. Previously an Egyptian Army officer, Al-Adel fought the Soviets as an Afghan Arab before becoming a founding member of the al-Qaeda organization.
