Akbaruddin Owaisi
Akbaruddin Owaisi (born 14 June 1970) is an Indian politician and leader of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party in Telangana. Since 2014, he has been MLA of the Chandrayangutta constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly. Owaisi was appointed Chairman of Telangana Public Accounts Committee in 2019. Owaisi has presided over the Chandrayangutta assembly constituency from 1999, winning for the sixth consecutive term in the latest 2023 state election. He assumed the position of floor leader in 2004. Owaisi's speeches have drawn comparisons with other populist leaders and incited violence on multiple occasions. Taslima Nasrin (born 25 August 1962) is a Bangladeshi- Swedish writer, physician, feminist, secular humanist, and activist. She is known for her writings on the oppression of women and criticism of Islam; some of her books are banned in Bangladesh. She has also been blacklisted and banished from the Bengal region, including both Bangladesh and the Indian state of West Bengal. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (; AIMIM) is a right-wing Indian political party based primarily in the old city of Hyderabad, It is also a significant political party in the Indian States of Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Bihar. The Praja Bhavan, officially known as Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan and formerly known as Pragathi Bhavan is the official residence and principal workplace of the Chief Minister of Telangana. It is located at Greenlands Road, Punjagutta, Hyderabad in Telangana. It was built in 2016 under the chief ministership of Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, K. Chandrashekar Rao.
