Air Horizont Limited is a Spanish/Maltese airline headquartered in Msida, Malta and Zaragoza, Spain operating Charter, ACMI and VIP flights mostly from London Southend Airport, Milan Malpensa Airport, Porto Airport, Zaragoza Airport and Bratislava Airport. It is a subsidiary of ''Corporacion Aragonesa Aeronautica S.A.''. History Air Horizont was founded in 2014 by pilots Manuel Sahli and Juan Luis Díez. Air Horizont attempted to launch scheduled operations in 2011, but failed due to the airline being unable to secure adequate funds. The airline was set to commence operations in May 2015 using a Boeing 737 Classic, Boeing 737-400 registered 9H-ZAZ, serving Munich Airport, Munich, Seville Airport, Seville, Alicante–Elche Airport, Alicante and Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, Rome twice a week. Msida, Malta
Msida (, ) is a harbour town in the Eastern Region, Malta, Eastern Region of Malta with a population of 7,623 (2021). Location The town is located just west of Valletta on the northeast coast of Malta. The neighbouring towns of Msida are Ta' Xbiex, Gżira, San Ġwann, Birkirkara, Santa Venera, Ħamrun and Pietà, Malta, Pietà. Msida is an important town for travellers as many bus routes pass through it. Etymology The name Msida is said to originate from an Arabic word, meaning "a fisherman's dwelling".
