The African Center for Community Empowerment (ACCE) is a nonprofit, community-based organization serving youth and adults in Southeastern Queens, New York, USA The ACCE was founded in Far Rockaway, Queens in 2000 to help solve the poverty-related problems of inner-city youth and their families, and is currently in operation as an after-school program and community center in St. Albans, Queens St. Albans is a residential neighborhood in the southeastern portion of the New York City borough of Queens. It is bordered by Jamaica to the northwest, Hollis to the north, Queens Village to the northeast, Cambria Heights to the east, Laurel .... Far Rockaway is a neighborhood on the eastern part of the Rockaway peninsula in the New York City borough of Queens. It is the easternmost section of the Rockaways.
