Advance, stylised as ADVANCE and formerly known as Advance Australia, is a Conservatism in Australia, conservative political lobbying group launched in 2018 to counter the Progressivism, progressive lobbying group GetUp!, GetUp. It has close links to the Liberal Party of Australia, and targeted the Australian Greens in the 2025 Australian election. Global net-zero emissions is reached when greenhouse gas emissions and removals due to human activities are in balance. It is often called simply net zero. James Merlino
James Anthony Merlino (born 19 August 1972) is a former Australian politician who served as 28th deputy premier of Victoria from 2014 to 2022 under Premier Daniel Andrews. Dividend imputation is a corporate tax system in which some or all of the tax paid by a company may be attributed, or imputed, to the shareholders by way of a tax credit to reduce the income tax payable on a distribution.
