Adnan Özbal (born 30 October 1958 in Istanbul) is a four-star Turkish Navy admiral currently serving as the 26th Commander of Turkish Naval Forces. Emin Murat Bilgel (born 1952) is a Turkish admiral who served as 24th Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces. Biography Admiral Bilgel was born in Istanbul in 1952.
