''Adhemarius dariensis'' is a species of moth in the family Sphingidae. It is known from Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama. The wingspan is 107–111 mm for males and 124 mm for females. Adults are probably on wing year round. Lionel Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild, Baron de Rothschild, (8 February 1868 – 27 August 1937) was a British banker, politician, zoologist and soldier, who was a member of the Rothschild family.
