Adamston, West Virginia is a former town in Harrison County, West Virginia, incorporated in 1903. It was the former site of a Baltimore & Ohio Railroad depot and a post office. It is now a neighborhood of Clarksburg, West Virginia Clarksburg is a city in and the county seat of Harrison County, West Virginia, United States, in the north-central region of the state. Victory High School (now known as United High School) was a public high school in Clarksburg, West Virginia Clarksburg is a city in and the county seat of Harrison County, West Virginia, United States, in the north-central region of the state. The population of the city was 16,039 at the 2020 census. It is the principal city of the Clarksburg micro ... that operated from 1917 through 1973. Victory High School Consolidated along with Bristol High School and Salem High School into the new Liberty High School in 1973. This name was chosen as it was built during World War I and completed after the war was over.
