Adam Lewis (composer)
Adam Lewis (also known as Mr Ronz) is a BAFTA winning composer, songwriter and producer, originally from Tonyrefail, South Wales, but now based in London. As well as scoring TV shows, films and theatre productions Lewis wrote the main theme to Noel Clarke's controversial brit-flick '' Kidulthood''. In 2008 he appeared in Kneehigh Theatre's critically acclaimed version of '' Brief Encounter'' in London's West End. Lewis collaborated with Andy Price on all 8 seasons of '' Law & Order: UK'' for ITV. He continued his film work on features '' 4.3.2.1.'' and ''The Knot''. In 2010 Lewis was announced as the composer on the 1st series of the BBC Wales production '' Baker Boys'' starring Eve Myles, beginning work on series two in 2011. On 30 September 2012 Adam won the BAFTA Cymru award for the music for series one. Tonyrefail
Tonyrefail is a village and community in the Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough, Wales. It is situated at the head of the River Ely; northwest of Llantrisant, about from Trebanog and about from Williamstown. During the second half of the 19th century, when coal and steel became synonymous with the South Wales Valleys, Tonyrefail evolved from being a rural hamlet to an industrial village. The population at the 2001 census was 11,035. Toponymy Tonyrefail derives from the Welsh ''Ton yr Efail'' meaning ''the forge on the meadow (lea)''. From ''ton'', meaning lea or grassland and ''efail'' meaning forge. History Tonyrefail was a dairy farming and livestock raising area, and many early farmhouses still exist today. The Aliens (TV Series)
''The Aliens'' is a British science fiction television series created by Fintan Ryan. It is set 40 years after aliens land in the Irish Sea and are reluctantly integrated into British society in the fictional city of Troy. Border guard Lewis Garvey, played by Michael Socha, is caught up in the criminal underbelly of Troy as he learns he is himself half-alien. The six-episode series also stars Michaela Coel, Michael Smiley and Jim Howick, and is produced by Clerkenwell Films for E4. The first episode was released on 8 March 2016. Overcooked
''Overcooked'' (stylised as ''Overcooked!'') is a 2016 cooking simulation video game developed by Ghost Town Games and published by Team17. In a local cooperative experience, players control a number of chefs in kitchens filled with various obstacles and hazards to rapidly prepare meals to specific orders under a time limit. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in August 2016. A Nintendo Switch version was released in July 2017. Andy Price
Andy Price is a British television and film composer. He has scored more than 50 films for television and more than 25 productions for theatres around the country, including the Bristol Old Vic, National Youth Theatre and the RSC. Price has composed the score for three series of BBC's ''Robin Hood'', '' Law & Order: UK'' with Adam Lewis and as of 2020 is scoring Silent Witness. In 2002, Price became the recipient of the Christopher Whelen Award in recognition of his recent work scoring to picture. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Royal College of Music. ''Silent Witness'' is a British crime drama television series produced by the BBC, which focuses on a team of forensic pathology experts and their investigations into various crimes. First broadcast in 1996, the series was created by Nigel McCrery, a former murder squad detective based in Nottingham. Twenty-five series of ''Silent Witness'' have been broadcast since 1996. Amanda Burton starred as primary character Dr. Sam Ryan before leaving the show during the eighth series. Noel Anthony Clarke (born 6 December 1975) is a British actor, screenwriter, director, and comic book writer. Eve Myles (born 26 July 1978) is a Welsh actress. She is best known for her television roles portraying Ceri Lewis in the long-running BBC Wales drama series '' Belonging'' (2000–2009), Gwen Cooper in the BBC science-fiction series '' Torchwood'' (2006–2011) and Faith Howells in the bilingually produced BBC / S4C drama series ''Keeping Faith'' / ''Un Bore Mercher'' (2017–2020).
