''Aavi Kumar'' () is a 2015 Indian Tamil horror comedy film directed by Kandeepan. The film stars Udhaya and Kanika Tiwari in the lead roles while Nassar, Jagan and Manobala among others form an ensemble cast. This movie is an unofficial remake of Mohanlal starrer ''Vismayathumbathu'' (2004). Music for the film was composed by Vijay Antony and Srikanth Deva and the film opened to negative reviews in July 2015. Udhaya (actor)
Udhaya is an Indian actor who has acted in Tamil language films. He is the son of noted producer A. L. Azhagappan and the brother of director A. L. Vijay. Personal life Udhaya got married in August 2007 to Keerthika. Career Udhaya began his acting career in 1998 under his original name of Senthilkumar, by appearing in '' Ini Ellam Sugame'' (1998) produced by his father. Udhaya then starred in Bharathi Kannan's ''Thirunelveli'' playing a lead role alongside Prabhu and Karan and being paired opposite Vindhya. The film won poor reviews, with Udhaya's performance being described as "average". He was next seen opposite Vijayalakshmi in ''Kalakalappu'', which also featured Napoleon and Jaya Seal, with a critic noting that "he plays his role well, but has to improve his voice modulation." ''Agneepath'' (, ) is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action crime film produced by Hiroo Johar and her son Karan Johar under Dharma Productions and directed by Karan Malhotra in his directorial debut. Adaptation of the 1990 film of the same name directed by Mukul S.
