Academy of Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences (AAPS) Inc. is an English-language private post-secondary career college specializing in pharmaceutical, food and healthcare training. The college has one main campus located in the North York district of Toronto, Ontario. History AAPS was founded in 2003 by Dr. Barghian and Laleh Bighash, whose combined vision was to integrate a simulated work environment into an academic setting. The overall purpose of this type of learning scheme was to enhance students' abilities to launch their post-degree professional careers in the pharmaceutical industry. Student enrollment at AAPS averages at 100-120 students per academic year. The student graduation rate is 98%, and the post-graduation employment rate is 85%, both of which are among the highest rates compared other pharmaceutical industry training schools. Anglo-Australian Planet Search
The Anglo Australian Planet Search or (AAPS) is a long-term astronomical survey started in 1998 and continuing to the present. It is being carried out on the 3.9-metre Anglo-Australian Telescope (AAT) of the Anglo-Australian Observatory in Australia. The purpose of this survey is to catalog planets around more than 240 List of nearest stars and brown dwarfs, nearby stars of the southern hemisphere. For its observations, the AAT uses the ''University College London Echelle Spectrograph'', UCLES, an echelle spectrograph from the University College London located at the telescope's coudé focus. Ann Arbor Public Schools
Ann Arbor Public Schools (AAPS) is a public school district in Washtenaw County, Michigan. It serves Ann Arbor and parts of the following townships: Ann Arbor Township, Lodi, Northfield, Pittsfield, Salem, Scio, Superior, and Webster. History In 1825, the city's first public school opened. A union school district was organized in 1830 and a dedicated high school building was built in 1855 and opened on October 5, 1856. The high school and its 1871 and 1889 additions were completely destroyed by fire on December 31, 1904. Some equipment, including the library books, were saved from the fire. In 1908, a new high school building opened on the southeast corner of Huron and State Street. The building was replaced by Ann Arbor Pioneer High School in 1956 and bought by University of Michigan. The Anglican Adam Preaching Society is an interdenominational evangelical Christian movement based in Nigeria, which was founded by an evangelist of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, the late Cornelius Adam Igbudu who hailed from Araya in Isokoland.
