Danielle S. Barkhouse (born 1976) is a Canadian politician who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in 2021. Clayton Park West (electoral District)
Clayton Park West is a provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. The riding was created in 1978 as Halifax Bedford Basin from a portion of Halifax Cobequid. In 2003, the district lost a northern area to Bedford and was renamed Halifax Clayton Park. Following the 2012 electoral boundary review, the district was renamed Clayton Park West. It gained Birch Cove and Kearney Lake areas from Bedford-Birch Cove and the Kearney Lake area from Hammonds Plains-Upper Sackville. It lost the Susies Lake and Quarrie Lake areas to Timberlea-Prospect; the areas south of Mount Saint Vincent University and Lacewood Drive as well as the Washmill Lake Drive area the Fairview-Clayton Park. Clare is a provincial electoral district (Canada), electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada which existed between 1949-2013 and since 2021. Prior to 1949, Clare was part of Digby (provincial electoral district), Digby district. It elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. The electoral district includes most of the Clare, Nova Scotia, Municipality of the District of Clare, an Acadian area occupying the southwestern half of Digby County, Nova Scotia, Digby County. For four consecutive elections from 1988 to 1999, the district had the highest voter turnout in the province. The electoral district was abolished following the 2012 electoral boundary review and was largely replaced by the new electoral district of Clare-Digby. Cape Breton East (formerly Sydney River-Mira-Louisbourg) is a provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly.
