Erol Çevikçe, (born 8 December 1937, Istanbul) is a Turkish politician. He serves as a Republican People's Party, CHP deputy, and a former Minister of Public Works and Transportation. History The ministry was established during the formation of the 7th government of Turkey on 5 May 1931. The law of establishment was enacted on 29 December 1931. Ziya Müezzinoğlu (1919–2020) was a Turkish economist, diplomat and politician. He held various posts, including ambassador of Turkey to West Germany and minister of finance. Early life and education Müezzinoğlu was born in Kayseri on 5 May 1919. He was educated at the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara University. Mustafa Üstündağ (1933–1983) was a Turkish school teacher, politician and former government minister. Early life Mustafa Üstündağ was born in Ortakaraören village of Seydişehir ilçe (district) in Konya Province. After graduating from İvriz Village Institute in 1951, he served in various schools as a teacher. In 1960, he graduated from Gazi Institute for Education in Ankara. He obtained a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin. He joined the academic staff of Hacettepe University.
