2025 Suncorp Super Netball Season
The 2025 Suncorp Super Netball season is the ninth season of the premier netball league in Australia. The season commenced on Saturday 5 April. The defending premiers are the Adelaide Thunderbirds. The Grand Final for this season will be played on Saturday 2 August at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. Team Lists Contracted Signings Important dates in relation to player signings for the 2025 season are: * Until 27 July 2024: Current players can be re-signed by their 2024 team. * 5 August 2024 to 23 August 2024: Clubs can sign any free-agent and non-SSN players during this time. * From 26 August 2024: Training Partners and Nominated Athletes can be signed on a one-year contract. The Super Netball League (known predominantly by its sponsored name Suncorp Group, Suncorp Super Netball (SSN)) is a professional netball league in Netball in Australia, Australia. It superseded the trans-Tasman ANZ Championship, which also included teams from Netball in New Zealand, New Zealand, as the top-level netball league in Australia in 2017. Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre
The Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre is a tennis and multi-purpose sports facility in the Sydney Olympic Park suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The centre was built in 1999 and hosted the Tennis at the 2000 Summer Olympics, tennis events for the 2000 Summer Olympics. Tracey Neville
Tracey Anne Neville (born 21 January 1977) is a former England netball international and a former England head coach. She is the current head coach of Melbourne Mavericks. As a player, she was a member of the England teams that won bronze medals at the 1998 Commonwealth Games and the 1999 World Netball Championships. As a head coach she guided Northern Thunder/ Manchester Thunder to Netball Superleague titles in 2012 and 2014. Between 2015 and 2019 she served as England head coach. Casey May Kopua (née Williams; born 19 June 1985) is a retired New Zealand international netball player and former captain of the New Zealand national netball team, the Silver Ferns, and the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic. Kopua became a member of the New Zealand national netball team (the Silver Ferns) in 2004, making her on-court debut in 2005 against Barbados. Jodi-Ann Ward (born 1 September 1994) is a Jamaican netball player who plays in the Australian Suncorp Super Netball league for Giants Netball. Gina Crampton (born 7 December 1991) is a New Zealand netball international. She was a member of the New Zealand teams that won the 2019 Netball World Cup and the 2021 Constellation Cup. Crampton was also a member of the Southern Steel teams that won the 2017 and 2018 ANZ Premierships. Jamie-Lee Price (born 10 January 1996) is an Australian netball player who has played for Giants Netball in the Suncorp Super Netball league since 2017.
