2025 Sakhir Formula 3 Round
The 2025 Sakhir FIA Formula 3 round was a motor racing event held between 11 and 13 March 2025 at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, Bahrain. It was the second round of the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship and was held in support of the 2025 Bahrain Grand Prix. Classification Qualifying Qualifying report Rafael Câmara claimed pole position for the feature race, ahead of Callum Voisin and Charlie Wurz. Joshua Dufek started first for the sprint race, after claiming reverse grid pole position. Notes: * Ugo Ugochukwu and Ivan Domingues were both given five-place grid penalties in the feature race for causing collisions in the sprint race. Bahrain International Circuit
The Bahrain International Circuit () is a motorsport venue opened in 2004 and used for drag racing, GP2 Series (now FIA Formula 2 Championship, FIA Formula 2), and the annual Formula One Bahrain Grand Prix. The 2004 Formula One season, 2004 Grand Prix was the first held in the Middle East. Beginning in 2006, Australian V8 Supercars raced at the BIC, with the event known as the Desert 400. However, the V8 Supercars did not return for the 2011 V8 Supercar season. 24 Hour endurance races are also hosted at BIC. The circuit has a FIA Grade 1 license. The circuit also has multiple layouts. Charlie Wurz
Charlie Wurz (born 2 December 2005) is an Austrian-British racing driver who currently competes in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Trident Racing, Trident, having driven in the same series for Jenzer Motorsport in 2024 FIA Formula 3 Championship, 2024. He is the 2022 Formula 4 UAE Championship, 2022 Formula 4 UAE and the 2023 Formula Regional Oceania Championship, 2023 Formula Regional Oceania champion. Wurz is the son of former Formula One driver Alexander Wurz. His brother Oscar Wurz, Oscar also races in single-seaters. Tasanapol "Tern" Inthraphuvasak (, born 14 November 2005) is a Thai racing driver, who is currently competing in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Campos Racing. He made his car racing debut in the 2021 Formula 4 UAE Championship, and has competed in various other Formula 4 championships such as French F4, British F4 and Spanish F4, with wins in the latter two. He competed in the 2023 Formula Regional Middle East Championship with Pinnacle VAR. He progressed to FIA Formula 3 in 2024 with AIX. Brando Badoer (born 15 September 2006) is an Italian people, Italian racing driver currently competing in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Prema Racing. Francisco Javier Sagrera Pont (born 12 January 2004) is a Spanish racing driver who last competed in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship with AIX Racing. He was the vice-champion of the 2024 Eurocup-3 series, with MP Motorsport. Previously, he raced in the F4 Spanish Championship and the GB3 Championship. Prema Racing, previously known as Prema Powerteam, is an Italian motorsport team, owned and operated through the '' DC Racing Solutions'' parent company. Founded in 1983, the team is based in Grisignano di Zocco and currently operates out of Italy and the US. They are the sister team of Iron Lynx Motorsport Lab and Iron Dames.
