The 2025 Norwegian First Division (referred to as OBOS-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) is a Norwegian second-tier football league season. The season started on 31 March 2025 and is scheduled to end on 8 November 2025, not including play-off matches. Teams In the 2024 Norwegian First Division, Vålerenga and Bryne were promoted to the 2025 Eliteserien, while Levanger and Sandnes Ulf were relegated to the 2025 Norwegian Second Division. Lillestrøm and Odd were relegated from the 2024 Eliteserien, while Hødd and Skeid were promoted from the 2024 Norwegian Second Division.
