2025 Imola Formula 3 Round
The 2025 Imola FIA Formula 3 round was a motor racing event held between 16 and 18 May 2025 at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It was the third round of the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship and was held in support of the 2025 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. Rafael Câmara took his third consecutive pole position in qualifying, the first to achieve the feat in FIA Formula 3. Tim Tramnitz won the feature race ahead of Bruno del Pino and Nikola Tsolov, taking MP Motorsport's first 1-2 finish in the series. In the feature race, Santiago Ramos took his second win of the season, ahead of Noah Strømsted and Câmara. Câmara remained in the championship lead, 21 points ahead of Strømsted. Autodromo Internazionale Enzo E Dino Ferrari
The Imola Circuit, officially called the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari ( for, it, , Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Circuit), is a motor racing circuit. It is located in the town of Imola, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, east of Bologna. Initially used for motorcycle racing, the first race at Imola was held in 1953. The circuit has an FIA Grade One licence. The circuit is named after the founder of the Ferrari car company, Enzo Ferrari (1898–1988), and his son Alfredo "Dino" Ferrari (1932–1956). It was called the Autodromo di Imola from 1953 to 1956 and the Autodromo Dino Ferrari from 1957 to 1988. Imola hosted non-championship Formula One races in the 1963 Imola Grand Prix and the 1979 Dino Ferrari Grand Prix. ART Grand Prix is a French motor racing team that competes in formula single-seaters in Europe. In 2012, it competed in the GP2 Series and GP3 Series as Lotus GP to reflect sponsorship from British sports and racing car manufacturer Lotus. The team competed as Lotus ART in 2011. AIX Racing is an Emirati-German auto racing team currently competing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship and the FIA Formula 3 Championship. It previously competed under a German license in 2024.
