2025 Bulgarian Cup Final
The 2025 Bulgarian Cup final was the final match of the 2024–25 Bulgarian Cup and the 85th final of the Bulgarian Cup. The final took place on 22 May 2025 at the Vasil Levski National Stadium in Sofia. On 24 April the date and venue has been confirmed. The clubs contesting the final were Ludogorets Razgrad and CSKA Sofia. Both teams have met on multiple occasions in the competition but never in the final itself. For Ludogorets, this is the third consecutive Cup final after winning the trophy in 2023 and losing last year. CSKA reached the final for the 36th time and the first since 2022. Ludogorets won the final 1–0 for their fourth cup title following their triumphs in 2012, 2014 and 2023. 2024–25 Bulgarian Cup
The 2024–25 Bulgarian Cup was the 43rd official edition of the Bulgarian annual football knockout tournament. It is sponsored by ''Sesame'' and known as the Sesame Kupa na Bulgaria for sponsorship purposes. The competition began on 13 October 2024 with the preliminary round and finished with the final on 22 May 2025. Botev Plovdiv were the defending cup winners, but were eliminated by Ludogorets Razgrad in the quarterfinals, who went on to win the cup for their fourth title in history. As Ludogorets already qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2025–26 UEFA Champions League as First League champions, the cup's first qualifying round berth for the 2025–26 UEFA Europa League was passed to the First League runners-up, Levski Sofia. Edvin Kurtulus (, ; born 5 March 2000) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back or right-back for Ludogorets Razgrad and the Sweden national team. Sergio Vincenzo Roberto Padt (born 6 June 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bulgarian First League club Ludogorets Razgrad. Padt previously played on loan from AFC Ajax for HFC Haarlem in the Eerste Divisie, and later for Go Ahead Eagles and in the Belgian Pro League for Gent.
