2025 Bowling Green Falcons Baseball Team
The 2025 Bowling Green Falcons baseball team represented Bowling Green State University during the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Falcons, led by head coach Kyle Hallock in his fifth season, were members of the Mid-American Conference, and played their home games at Steller Field in Bowling Green, Ohio. Previous season The Falcons finished the 2024 Bowling Green Falcons baseball team, 2024 season 33–20, including 24–6 in conference play, finishing in first place in their conference. Kyle Hallock
Kyle Hallock (born August 6, 1988) is an American baseball coach and former pitcher, who is the current head baseball coach of the Bowling Green Falcons baseball, Bowling Green Falcons. He played college baseball and won four Mid-American Conference championships at Kent State Golden Flashes baseball, Kent State for coach Scott Stricklin (baseball), Scott Stricklin from 2008 to 2011 before advancing to the AAA level professionally with the Houston Astros during his career from 2011-2014. Playing career Hallock attended Perkins High School (Sandusky, Ohio), Perkins High School in Sandusky, Ohio, where he earned 11 varsity letters in baseball, basketball, football and golf. The Akron Zips baseball team is the varsity intercollegiate athletic team representing the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, United States. The team plays in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level as a member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Bob Wren Stadium
Bob Wren Stadium is a baseball stadium located in Athens, Ohio on the campus of Ohio University. It is home field for the Ohio Bobcats since opening on April 18, 1998 and Southern Ohio Copperheads since 2002. The Bobcats opened the facility by defeating the Bowling Green Falcons 4–1 in front of 1,389 fans. Bob Wren Stadium features many modern amenities and hosts capacity for 4,000 spectators. The stadium has 100 chairback seats that are part of the VIP club, named the Baumholtz Club in honor of former Ohio baseball player Frank Baumholtz. Itchy Jones Stadium is a baseball venue in Carbondale, Illinois. It is home to the Southern Illinois Salukis baseball team of the NCAA Division I Missouri Valley Conference. The Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles baseball program represents the University of Southern Indiana in the NCAA's Division I level. They have won the Division II Tournament national championship twice. The Screaming Eagles play their home games at USI Baseball Field and are coached by Chris Ramirez.
