2025 Black's Tire 200
The 2025 Black's Tire 200 was the 7th stock car race of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and the 1st iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Rockingham Speedway in Rockingham, North Carolina, a permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 200 laps to complete. In an action-packed race, Tyler Ankrum, driving for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing, would execute a successful pit road strategy, leading the final 29 laps in a fuel mileage thriller to earn his second career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series win, and his first of the season, snapping a winless drought dating back to the 2019 Buckle Up in Your Truck 225. Rockingham Speedway
Rockingham Speedway and Entertainment Complex (formerly known as North Carolina Speedway from 1998 to 2007 and North Carolina Motor Speedway from 1965 to 1996) is a D-shaped oval track in Rockingham, North Carolina, United States. The track has held a variety of events since its opening in 1965, including the NASCAR Cup Series from 1965 to 2004, and currently the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Andrew Miles Hillenburg (born April 30, 1963) is an American former professional stock car racing driver and current team owner and track owner. His race team, Fast Track Racing, fields multiple cars in the ARCA Menards Series and formerly fielded entries in the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Triple Truck Challenge
The Triple Truck Challenge is a Bonus payment, bonus program for race winners for designated races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series each season that is designed to give attention to series regulars. The program debuted in 2019. History On February 4, 2019, NASCAR announced the formation of the Triple Truck Challenge. The Challenge consisted of three consecutive races, held at Texas Motor Speedway, Iowa Speedway and Gateway Motorsports Park. Only drivers eligible for Truck Series points could be on the entry lists for those races. If a driver won one of the three races, a $50,000 prize was awarded; if a driver won two of the three races, a $200,000 prize was awarded; and if a driver won all three races, a $500,000 prize was awarded.
