Kuala Lumpur League is a state level association football, football league held in Kuala Lumpur. The league is managed by the Kuala Lumpur Football Association, KLFA. It is the fifth-tier football league in Malaysian football league system, Malaysia. Teams are also eligible to compete in the Malaysia FA Cup. The league has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between different divisions. The Malaysia A2 Amateur League (), previously the Malaysia M4 League, also known as the Al-Ikhsan Cup for sponsorship reasons, is the third tier football league in the Malaysian football league system. The league was created in 2018 as part of the Malaysian Football League's plan to reform the league structure. After a rebranding of the Malaysian Football League (MFL) in March 2018, the company announced a reform of lower league competitions in Malaysia. History Rejimen Askar Jurutera DiRaja was founded on 22 April 1953 at Balaclava Lines Kluang Garrison Johor, after the first recruitment of 37 people was made at the Recruitment Training Center in Port Dickson. On 1 January 1954, 76th Federal Field Squadron was formed at Balaclava Lines Kluang Garrison. This is the first unit for federation engineers. In March 1954, major I. G.
