2024–25 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League
The 2024–25 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPDCL) is the 11th edition of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, a List A cricket competition in Bangladesh. It is being contested by 12 club teams. The tournament started on 3 March 2025. Player signings took place on 22 and 23 February 2025. The first eight rounds and the last three rounds of the tournament were separated by a break of two weeks for the observance of Eid. Abahani Limited were the defending champions. Gulshan Cricket Club and Agrani Bank Cricket Club were promoted to this season's tournament after achieving the top two places in the 2023–24 Dhaka First Division Cricket League, replacing Gazi Tyres Cricket Academy and City Club, who were relegated after the previous tournament. The 2024–25 tournament's official name is the "Bashundhara Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League 2024-25", after the main sponsors, Bashundhara Group. 2023–24 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League
The 2023–24 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPDCL) is the tenth edition of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, a List A cricket competition in Bangladesh. It is being contested by 12 club teams. The tournament started on 11 March 2024. Player signings took place on 28 and 29 February 2024. CCDM has increased the individual prize money in this edition, with the Player of the Tournament, Highest Run-Scorer and Highest Wicket-Taker receiving ৳2.5 lakh each from ৳2 lakh last season. Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan Cricket Grounds
There are four cricket grounds at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan national sports institute in Savar, Dhaka. As well as serving the needs of the BKSP's students, the grounds have also staged first-class and List A cricket matches in Bangladeshi domestic competitions since 2000, and several minor international matches. History The No 1 Ground was the first of the four grounds to be developed and was the first to be used for Bangladeshi domestic competitions in 2000. The facilities at the other three grounds have been upgraded in recent years with the help of the Bangladesh Cricket Board. Shinepukur Cricket Club
Shinepukur Cricket Club is a cricket team in Bangladesh that has competed in the 50-over Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League. Before the 2016–17 season the Cricket Coaching School club defaulted on its player payments and was bought by Beximco, Bangladesh's largest conglomerate, and renamed Shinepukur Cricket Club, after Shinepukur Ceramics, a subsidiary of Beximco. Shinepukur Cricket Club were one of the twelve teams that took part in the 2017–18 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League tournament. Rupganj Tigers Cricket Club are a team that plays List A cricket in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL). They are named after Rupganj in eastern Dhaka, and sponsored by the Gazi Group of companies, which also sponsors the DPL teams Gazi Tyres Cricket Academy and Gazi Group Cricketers. Partex Sporting Club is a Bangladesh cricket team that has played List A cricket in the Dhaka Premier League in 2014–15, 2016–17, 2019–20, 2023–24 and 2024–25.
