The season marked a transitional phase in the structure of the Danish leagues. This season, the league is divided into four groups of ten teams each. After the regular season (18 rounds), the top five teams in the four groups are promoted to two promotin groups (east and west) the winners is promoted and the two runner-up will have a play-off for the last spot in the 2024–25 Danish 3rd Division. Tarup-Paarup Idrætsforening, commonly known as Tarup-Paarup IF or TPI, is an association football club based in Odense, Denmark, that competes in the Denmark Series, the fourth tier of the Danish football league system. Fredensborg BI
Fredensborg Boldklub og Idrætsforening ( da, Fredensborg Ball and Sports Club), known as Fredensborg BI, is a Danish association football club located in the municipality of Fredensborg, which plays in the Zealand Series.
