2024 Vuelta A Burgos
The 2024 Vuelta a Burgos was a men's road cycling stage race that tool take place from 5 to 9 August 2024 in the Spanish province of Burgos. It was the 46th edition of the Vuelta a Burgos, and was rated as a 2.Pro event as part of the 2024 UCI ProSeries calendar. 2024 UCI ProSeries
The 2024 UCI ProSeries is the fifth season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. The calendar consists of 55 events, of which 33 are one-day races (1.Pro), and 22 are stage races (2.Pro). There were 49 events in Europe, five in Asia, and one in the United States. Santa María Del Campo
Santa Maria del Campo is a town and municipality in the Province of Burgos, Spain. The village is in the wine region known as ''Ribera del Arlanza'', 22 km from Lerma. History Santa María Del Campo was rebuilt in 1440 in the Lombard-Gothic style, having already existed in the 12th century under the name of Saint Maria of the Perch. The church is located in the highest area of the town at more than 800 meters above sea level. The boundaries of the municipality of Santa María del Campo are established in approximately 60 square kilometers, and includes the town of Escuderos (with a current population of about 650 inhabitants) under its administration. Caleb Ewan
Caleb Ewan (born 11 July 1994) is an Australian road and track bicycle racer who rides for UCI WorldTeam . A sprinter, Ewan has a style similar to that of Mark Cavendish, taking an extremely low position that offers him an aerodynamic advantage. Biography Caleb Ewan was born in New South Wales to a Korean mother and Australian father. At the age of eight he started bicycle racing, inspired by his father, who was also a competitive cyclist. He started competitive cycling at the age of ten. In 2010 he became the Junior National Road Race Champion. The next year he won multiple disciplines at the Junior National Track Championships and he became World Champion omnium at the Junior Track World Championships. In 2013 Ewan started racing for Jayco-AIS World Tour Academy. That year he won the first stage as well as the general classification of the Mitchelton Wines Bay Cycling Classic. Ojo Guareña
Ojo Guareña is a karst complex located in the Cantabrian Mountains of Castile and Leon, Spain, declared a natural monument by the government of Castile and Leon in 1996. It is composed of over of galleries and passages within an area of some . The limestone formation containing the system is approximately thick and sits on a massive water-resistant layer of marl. The caves were formed in the limestone by erosion sometime within the Coniacian Age. Ojo Guareña was considered the greatest karst system of the Iberian Peninsula until 2009, when a significant length of new passages was discovered in the Mortillano system. It is also the 24th longest cave system. Archaeological findings in the area indicate that various caves in the Ojo Guareña system were used by humans as early as the Middle Palaeolithic up until the Middle Ages.
