Build One South Africa (BOSA), officially registered as Build One South Africa With Mmusi Maimane, is a South African political party. It is led by Mmusi Maimane, the leader of the One SA Movement and the former leader of the Democratic Alliance. United Africans Transformation
The United Africans Transformation (UAT) is a minor political party in South Africa. It was founded in November 2022 by a group of individuals who broke away from the African National Congress (ANC). The UAT is centered around Africanism, pan-Africanism, and socialism. Following the 2024 South African general election, president Cyril Ramaphosa announced that the UAT had joined the government of national unity (GNU). However, the UAT withdrew from the GNU after it did not receive any positions in the Cabinet. The African Content Movement (ACM) is a South African political party founded in December 2018 by former SABC acting COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng. History At the party launch, Motsoeneng claimed he would become president, that the country would produce 90% of its requirements, that the economy shall be in the hands of the people, make company workers shareholders, force foreign companies to leave the country and reduce social grants. The African Congress for Transformation (ACT) is a South African political party founded in August 2023 by former African National Congress (ANC) Secretary General, Premier of the Free State Ace Magashule, and fired Hawks boss Berning Ntlemeza. As of August 2023, Magashule faces a number of corruption charges, and was expelled from the ANC in June 2023. Ntlemeza's controversial reign as Hawks chief ended when he was fired from the Hawks by then Minister of Police Fikile Mbalula following a High Court ruling that Ntlemeza lacked integrity and was not fit to hold public office, after lying under oath in a matter about previous head Shadrack Sibiya. The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP; ) is a conservative political party in South Africa, which is a part of the current South African Third Cabinet of Cyril Ramaphosa, government of national unity together with the African National Congress (ANC). Although registered as a national party, it has had only minor electoral success outside its home province of KwaZulu-Natal. Mangosuthu Buthelezi, who served as chief minister of KwaZulu during the Apartheid period, founded the party in 1975 and led it until 2019. The Alliance of Citizens for Change (ACC) is a South African political party founded by expelled Democratic Alliance member and former speaker of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament, Masizole Mnqasela, in July 2023. Formation Masizole Mnqasela was a member of the Democratic Alliance for more than two decades and served in various positions, including as the Speaker of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament. Al Jama-ah (, ) is a South African political party. It was formed in 2007 by present leader Ganief Hendricks and contested the 2009, 2014, 2019 and 2024 national elections. The party aims to support Muslim rights and interests, though the party states that it supports working for the shared interest of all South Africans from different religious and cultural backgrounds.
