The 2024 Copa Sudamericana final was the final match which decided the winner of the 2024 Copa Sudamericana. This was the 23rd edition of the Copa Sudamericana, the second-tier South American continental club Association football, football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The match was played by Argentine club Racing Club de Avellaneda, Racing and Brazilian side Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, Cruzeiro on 23 November 2024 at the Estadio General Pablo Rojas in Asunción, Paraguay. Racing defeated Cruzeiro 3–1 in the match to win their first Copa Sudamericana title. This is their first international title since the 1988 Supercopa Libertadores. As winners of the 2024 Copa Sudamericana, Racing earned the right to play against the winners of the 2024 Copa Libertadores in the 2025 Recopa Sudamericana. A total of 32 teams competed in the group stage to decide 16 of the 24 places in the final stages of the 2024 Copa Sudamericana. A total of 32 teams competed in the first stage to decide 16 of the 32 places in the group stage of the 2024 Copa Sudamericana. For the first stage, the 32 teams involved were divided into eight pots according to their national association.
