Marcelo Arévalo and Mate Pavić defeated Mackenzie McDonald and Alex Michelsen in the final, 6–2, 6–4 to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2024 Cincinnati Open. Máximo González and Andrés Molteni were the defending champions, but lost in the first round to Hugo Nys and Jan Zieliński. Marcelo Arévalo
Marcelo Arévalo González (; born October 17, 1990) is a Salvadoran professional tennis player. He is the current world No. 1 in doubles by the ATP, achieved on 11 November 2024 and has a career-high singles ranking of No. 139, attained in April 2018, making him the highest-ranked player, male or female, across both disciplines in Salvadoran tennis history. In December 2024, Arévalo was named El Salvador's Male Sportsman of the Year. Andrea Vavassori (; born 5 May 1995) is an Italian professional tennis player. He has a career high ATP doubles ranking of world No. 6, achieved on 14 October 2024 and a singles ranking of world No. 128, achieved on 19 June 2023. Michael Venus
Michael Venus (born 16 October 1987) is a New Zealand professional tennis player. He has a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 6, achieved on 29 August 2022. Venus won the 2017 French Open men's doubles partnering Ryan Harrison, and followed with a runner-up finish in the 2017 US Open mixed doubles partnering Chan Hao-ching. Neal Skupski (born 1 December 1989) is a British professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. He has a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 1. He achieved this milestone in November 2022, topping the rankings jointly with long-time partner Wesley Koolhof at the end of that year. Skupski became the third British world no. 1 in doubles after Jamie Murray and Joe Salisbury.
