2023–24 T1 League Regular Season
The 2023–24 T1 League regular season was the third regular season of T1 League. Participating teams included the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards. Each team plays against another seven times, led to 28 matches in total. On September 15, 2023, the T1 League announced that the 2023–24 season participation rights of the Taichung Suns was cancelled due to financial qualification. On October 16, the Taichung Suns announced to fold officially. The regular season started on October 28, 2023, and ended on April 28, 2024. The 2023–24 season opening game, matched by the Tainan TSG GhostHawks and the New Taipei CTBC DEA, was played at Xinzhuang Gymnasium. T1 League
The T1 League ( zh, T1聯盟) was a professional basketball league in Taiwan. It was the third Taiwanese professional basketball league after the now-defunct Chinese Basketball Alliance (CBA; 1994–1999) and P. League+ (PLG; founded in 2020). History 2021 On May 10, 2021, Kuan Kuang-Chung, the former National Basketball Association (NBA) Taiwan region general manager, was named as the sponsor of the new professional basketball league. There were four corporations willing to join the league. On May 24, the name of the new league was announced as T1 League. Teams from Kaohsiung City, New Taipei City, Taichung City, and Taipei City applied to join the league. On May 26, the Kaohsiung Aquas announced to join the T1 League. On June 19, the Taichung Suns was established formally. On July 30, the New Taipei CTBC DEA was established formally to be the new team of the T1 League. Samuel Deguara (born 21 June 1991) is a Maltese professional basketball player who last played for the Macau Black Bears of the East Asia Super League. Professional career Beginnings in Italy Deguara began his professional career after signing a nine-year contract with Benetton Treviso, breaking through the club's youth ranks. Chiang Yu-An
Chiang Yu-an (born 4 August 1991) is a Taiwanese basketball player for the Formosa Dreamers of the Taiwan Professional Basketball League (TPBL). Career On September 12, 2014, Chiang Yu-an was selected by the Taiwan Beer as the fifth pick in the first round of the 2014 SBL Draft. He then joined Taiwan Beer. On December 4, 2018, Chiang Yu-an won the November MVP and the third-week MVP in the 2018 SBL season. Gao Jin-Wei
Gao (or Gawgaw/Kawkaw) is a city in Mali and the capital of the Gao Region. The 2023–24 Taiwan Beer Leopards season was the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the T1 League. On August 14, 2023, the TaiwanBeer Leopards, Leopards hired Michael Olson as their new head coach. Mindaugas Kupšas (born 9 April 1991) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player for Trotamundos de Carabobo of the Venezuelan SuperLiga. Standing at , he plays at the center position.
