The 2023–24 Scottish Women's Premier League 2 was the ninth season of the SWPL 2 as the second-highest division of women's football in Scotland, below Scottish Women's Premier League, SWPL 1 and above the Scottish Women's Football Championship, SWF Championship. It was the second season of operation under the auspices of the Scottish Professional Football League. New participants were Glasgow Women F.C., Glasgow Women (relegated from SWPL 1) and Livingston W.F.C., Livingston (winners of the 2022–23 Scottish Women's Football Championship, 2022–23 SWF Championship).Livingston Champions, FC Edinburgh invincible, Westdyke promoted and Dundee West stay up
