2023–24 Danish Cup
The 2023–24 Danish Cup, also known as Oddset Pokalen, is the 70th season of the Danish Cup competition. The Winner will qualify for the Europa League first qualifying round. Structure 92 teams participate in the first round, coming from all levels of competition. Six additional teams will join in the second round, while the top six teams from the 2022–23 Danish Superliga enter in the third round. Participants 104 teams will compete for the Danish Cup. All teams from the top three divisions in 2022–23 were automatically entered, while 54 teams from lower division teams qualified through qualifying matches to enter the competition proper. Danish Cup
The Danish Cup ( da, Landspokalturneringen; often referred to as Pokalen) is the official " knockout" cup competition in Danish football, run by the Danish Football Association. The cup has been contested annually since 1955. The winner will qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament the following year, where they (as of the 2009–10 season) will enter in the third qualifying round. The latest edition, 2017-18 Danish Cup, was won by Superliga-side Brøndby, beating Superliga-side Silkeborg 3–1 on 10 May 2018 at Parken Stadium, thereby winning their first domestic trophy since 2008. The final traditionally takes place on ''Kristi Himmelfarts Dag'' (The Ascension) and it is always played in the Danish national stadium Parken. Boldklubben 1908 (B.1908 for short) is a Danish football club based in the district of Amager Vest, Copenhagen. The club's first team play in Denmark Series, the fifth tier of Danish football. The club play their home matches at Sundby Idrætspark, which has a capacity of 7,200. FC Helsingør is a Danish football club from Helsingør. The club plays in the Danish 1st Division, having been promoted after winning the Danish 2nd Division in the 2019-2020 season. HB Køge () is a professional Danish football club based primarily in the town of Herfølge, and secondly in the town of Køge, both in the Køge Municipality, part of 'Region of Zealand', in the eastern part of Zealand, south of Copenhagen. Vanløse is one of the 10 official districts of Copenhagen, Denmark. It lies on the western border of the municipality.
