2023 Portland EPrix
The 2023 Portland ePrix, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2023 Southwire Portland E-Prix, was a Formula E electric car race held at the Portland International Raceway in Portland, Oregon, on 24 June 2023. It served as the 12th round of the 2022–23 Formula E season and was the inaugural running of the Portland ePrix. The race was won by Nick Cassidy for Envision Racing, with Jake Dennis and António Félix da Costa completing the podium. Background Following a win in Jakarta, Pascal Wehrlein retook the lead of the championship with 134 points, just one point ahead of Jake Dennis. Nick Cassidy lost his lead of the championship and entered Portland third in the championship, with 128 points. The 2023 Jakarta ePrix, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2023 Gulavit Jakarta E-Prix was a pair of Formula E electric car races held at the Jakarta International e-Prix Circuit in Ancol, northern Jakarta on 3 and 4 of June 2023. They served as the 10th and 11th rounds of the 2022-23 Formula E season and the second running of the Jakarta ePrix. The first race was won by Pascal Wehrlein for Porsche, with Jake Dennis and Maximilian Günther in second and third place respectively. The second race was won by Maximilian Günther for Maserati's maiden Formula E victory, with Jake Dennis and Mitch Evans completing the podium. Norman Nato (born 8 July 1992) is a French professional racing driver who is currently driving for Realteam Racing in the FIA World Endurance Championship. Nato is known for finishing as the runner-up in the 2010 F4 Eurocup 1.6 season and the 2012 Formula Renault 2.0 Alps season, and for winning both in Monaco and Hungary in the 2014 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season. Oliver Rowland (born 10 August 1992) is a British racing driver. He is currently competing full-time in Formula E driving for Mahindra Racing. He has previously competed for Manor Motorsport in the 2018 WEC season, and he was also previously the young driver of Williams F1 Team during the 2018 Formula 1 season. Career Karting Born in Barnsley, Rowland began karting at the age of seven, and spent a successful decade racing in the various classes around the United Kingdom. Roberto Merhi Muntan (born 22 March 1991), is a Spanish racing driver who drove in Formula One for the Manor Marussia F1 Team during the 2015 season. Merhi has also raced in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series for Pons Racing, and won the Formula 3 Euro Series championship, while driving for Prema Powerteam.
