2023 CONCACAF U-17 Championship Squads
The 2023 CONCACAF U-17 Championship will be an international Association football, football tournament that will be held in Guatemala from 11 to 26 February 2023. The twenty participating national teams were required to register a squad of up to 20 players, of which two have to be goalkeepers. Only players in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament. The tournament exclusively requires players to be born between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2008 to be eligible, that is, they must be a maximum of 17 years old and at least 15 years old by the end of the calendar year in which the competition is played. Each national team had to submit a provisional list of a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 60 players (including at least four goalkeepers) to CONCACAF no later than thirty days prior to the start of the tournament and players could be added before the final list deadline. 2023 CONCACAF U-17 Championship
The 2023 CONCACAF U-17 Championship was the 7th edition of the CONCACAF Under-17 Championship (20th edition if all eras included), the men's under-17 international association football, football tournament organized by CONCACAF. It was hosted by Guatemala between 11 February and 26 February 2023. The top four teams qualified for the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia as CONCACAF representatives. Mexico national under-17 football team, Mexico were the defending champions, and won a fifth consecutive title. Qualified teams The 41 CONCACAF teams were ranked based on the CONCACAF Men's Under-17 Ranking as of December 2019. A total of 38 teams entered the tournament. Club Deportivo Universitario (formerly Chorrillo F.C.) is a Panamanian football team playing in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the highest level of football in Panama. It is based in Penonomé, Coclé Province, and is the first Panamanian team to play on a privately owned stadium facility.
