2022–23 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship
The 2022–23 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship was the 18th staging of the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's intermediate inter county, inter-county club hurling tournament. The draws for the respective provincial championships took place at various stages between June and September 2022. The championship ran from 30 October 2022 to 14 January 2023. The 2022–23 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship#All-Ireland final, All-Ireland final was played on 14 January 2023 at Croke Park in Dublin, between Monaleen GAA, Monaleen from Limerick and Tooreen GAA, Tooreen from Mayo, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. Castleblayney Hurling Club is a hurling club based in the town of Castleblayney, County Monaghan, Ireland. They are the most successful hurling club in Monaghan, having won the senior championship 34 times. It is a separate club from Castleblayney Faughs, the town's Gaelic football club. Paul Carley
Paul Carley (born 1980) is an Irish hurling manager and former player who is, as of 2021, the joint-manager of the Wexford minor hurling team. At club level he played with Glynn-Barntown and was also a member of the Wexford senior hurling team. Playing career Carley played at juvenile and underage levels with the Glynn-Barntown club before eventually joining the club's top adult team. He first appeared on the inter-county scene at minor level with Wexford before lining out in the 2001 All-Ireland under-21 final defeat by Limerick. By this stage Carley had been drafted onto the Wexford senior hurling team where he began his career as a goalkeeper. The Wicklow Senior Hurling Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the Lightning Protection Ireland Senior Hurling Championship and abbreviated to the Wicklow SHC) is an annual club hurling competition organised by the Wicklow County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the top-ranking senior clubs in the county of Wicklow in Ireland, deciding the competition winners through a group and knockout format. Ballysaggart GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Ballysaggart, County Waterford, Republic of Ireland, Ireland.
