The Croatian Party of Rights ( hr, Hrvatska stranka prava or HSP) is an extra-parliamentary nationalist political party in Croatia. The "right(s)" in the party's name refer to the legal and moral reasons that justify the independence and autonomy of Croatia. While the HSP has retained its old name, today it is a far-right party with an ethnocentric platform. 2022 Split Local Elections
Elections were held in Split, Croatia, on 26 June 2022 for the 73rd Mayor of Split, the two deputy mayors and the 31 members of the Split City Council, as well as city district councils. Snap elections were called due to the crisis in the city council, when the current mayor Ivica Puljak lost his majority and when his deputy Bojan Ivošević was charged with threatening a journalist. On April 8, Mayor Puljak and both his deputies resigned, setting a legal 90-day deadline for holding new mayoral elections. In the following days, several councilors also resigned, creating the conditions for holding council elections. Ivica Puljak won reelection becoming first mayor of Split to do that, while his party Centre (Croatian political party), Centre won 8 seats more than year before for a total of 15 out of 31 seat. 2021 Split Local Elections
The 2021 Split local elections were elections for the 72nd Mayor of Split, the two deputy mayors and the 31 members of the Split City Council. It is a part of the Croatian local elections, which are taking place on 16 and 30 May 2021. The incumbent mayor, Andro Krstulović Opara of the Croatian Democratic Union, announced on 6 February 2021 that he will not run for another term because of his health condition. Stobreč
Stobreč ( it, Stobrezio, la, Epetium, el, Εpetion) is a historical village and now a tourist resort on the Adriatic Sea, in central Dalmatia, Croatia. Administratively it is part of the city of Split. Founded as Epetium, Stobreč has been settled since the classical antiquity founded as an Ancient Greek colony on the Illyrian coast.
