Ackeem Blake
Ackeem Blake (born January 21, 2002) is a Jamaican sprinter. Blake came fourth in the 4 x 100 metres relay at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Career In 2022, Blake competed at the Music City Track Carnival in Nashville, he ran a big personal best of 9.92s in the 100 m. However, World Athletics deemed the time to be unofficial and therefore it was not ratified. Blake did run sub-10 officially for the first time 7 days later at the New York City Grand Prix, clocking a time of 9.95s. Blake improved his time at the 2022 Jamaican Championships, finishing 3rd in the final with a time of 9.93s. He was selected for the 2022 World Championships, he finished fourth in his semi-final and did not make the final. Blake ran on the first leg of Jamaica's 4x100m relay team as they finished fourth. 2022 NACAC Championships
The 2022 North American, Central American and Caribbean Championships were a regional track and field competition held at Grand Bahama Sports Complex in Freeport, Bahamas, from August 19–21, 2022. It was the fourth edition of a senior track and field championship for the NACAC region, held four years after the 2018 NACAC Championships. Medal summary Men Women *Rules state a country can only win two medals per event. In both the women's 5000 metres and 3000 metres steeplechase, the United States swept the event, however the bronze medals went to the fourth placed athletes. Isaac Joseph (born 19 September 1975) is a Papua New Guinean politician. He was a New Generation Party member of the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea from July 2007 until 2012, representing the electorate of Mendi Open. Joseph was a church pastor before entering politics. He was elected to the open seat vacated by Michael Nali, who made an unsuccessful attempt to shift to the Southern Highlands Regional seat. Kyle Vernie Peter Greaux (born 26 April 1988) is a Trinidad and Tobago sprinter competing primarily in the 200 metres. He competed at the 2013 and 2015 World Championships without advancing from the first round. He also competed at the Track and Field Racers Series 5 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port-of-Spain on 20 January 2018 where he ran the fastest 100m heat of 10.41 seconds with wind being 2.1 m/s. On 17 February 2018, the month after, he competed in the NAAA Pre-Commonwealth Meet at the same venue in the 200 metres where he ran the fastest 200 metres with a time of 20.40 seconds with wind being 3.9 m/s. Andrew Hudson (born 14 December 1996) is a track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter. Born in the United States, he represents Jamaica internationally. The North American, Central American and Caribbean Championships is a continental track and field athletics event organised by the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association. Samson Colebrooke (born 10 May 1997) is a Bahamian sprinter. He is the fastest born-Bahamian athlete over 100m as Derrick Atkins, the national record holder, was born in Jamaica. Early life and career Originally from Exuma in the Bahamas, Colebrooke moved to the United States to study law at Purdue University.
